CoolKit is an established independent manufacturer of refrigerated van (fridge van) conversions . All conversions are based on a range of insulated lining kits that are precision manufactured in-house. These have been developed to cope with the diverse requirements of a wide range of vehicle operators - including fridge vans, chiller vans, freezer vans, temperate vans, catering vans (hot and cold vans) or simply hygienically lined vans. REFRIGERATED VAN CONVERSIONS
We supply a complete range of insulated van linings (fitted and in kit form) for making temperature controlled vehicles that people often refer to as chiller, fridge or freezer vans. More often than not we supply our lining in conjunction with a transport refrigeration unit to regulate the temperature inside.The resulting fridge vans are then suitable for all the food trades such as fishmongers, butchers, caterers, bakers and sandwich producers as well as other trades such as foodservice, pharmaceuticals and floristy.

PANEL MANUFACTURE
The sandwich panels that constitute our insulated linings are manufactured in house using a vacuum press. We stock materials for panel manufacture same day where necessary. Click here for more information.
CNC CUTTING
