What we have is an opportunity - as a CoolKit licensee - to add a new product to your range or a chance to move away from old fashioned methods once and for all - producing
refrigerated vehicles using the CoolKit insulated
lining system.

CoolKit is unique to the market in terms of it's materials selection and CNC production processes and has been designed specifically
for producing temperature controlled vehicles, whether chilled,
frozen, ambient or heated in conjunction with any of the proprietary
brands of transport refrigeration unit.
Kits
can be supplied for all the recent and current vehicle models
on the market
and
are available ex-stock or usually within seven days if they
are not. We can also produce bespoke kits or even supply
a kit with
a plywood inner face for you to wet-lay yourself should you prefer this method.
All the pieces for the kit are delivered pre-cut and pre-formed. All you have
to do is assemble the pieces and finish the interior.
The kits take between 8 and 24 man hours to install depending
on their size; this is much less than the traditional wet resin laying
process.
The
only tools you will need are a drill, riveter, PU Foam gun
and a mastic/sealant gun and all adhesives, sealants,
rivets, tape and gel coat you will need are supplied.
On signing our Licensee Agreement, we will
provide a day of training at no extra cost. We can help you with marketing initiatives and prospect lists to get off the ground and we will supply leads that we receive from your region oas a norm.
